04 Jan 2024, 18:48I purchased a brand new machine in August 2023. The machine stopped working 4 months later. It had not even been used 10 times. I sent it in requesting a new machine. When I called on 29 December to follow up on repairs as I had not received ANY communication for 2 weeks. I spoke to a lady who told me the parts were in and it was being fixed. I insisted without being rude, that I would prefer a new machine. Again I heard nothing. I spoke to another lady on Tuesday this, week, her service was excellent. She called me back saying that a new machine, had been approved. I received the machine today. The box was torn, the handle was worn tape had been removed and it was not properly packed, no books were in the box and the machine HAS BEEN USED. on unlocking the machine, water spurted out the top part of the machine and the base of the machine had watermarks with finger prints all over the machine. How can this be a brand new machine. Looks like I have been taken for a fool. I would like this publicly reported and look forward to a promo reply.
