Brand New Faulty machine and Nespresso uninterested

Moved over to the Nespresso vertuo machine a few months ago. Machine was delivered faulty. Espresso capsule delivers 20ml of coffee (if that, after it drips out) and the rest lands up in the used capsule compartment. After many emails reporting fault, machine was collected, and returned greasy and dirty with no change. If anything it was noisier and even less water comes out. Numerous emails, videos and phone calls later they want to come and fetch the machine again. I don't want the faulty machine nor the pods, I want my money refunded. You cannot sell something that doesn't work.
