Bad Service from staff

<p>Hi, <br />Think you seriously need to retrain your male staff at your Canal Walk branch.</p> <p>I visited your store last night after 7pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>Walked in yesterday to buy some of your special edition coffee's, but first wanted to sample it, as I usually do.</p> <p>I dont know if its profiling, but your staff member first wanted to know if I am going to buy or not, before assisting me.</p> <p>Have a look at my profile and see that I am a regular buyer.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not a way to treat your customers.</p> <p><br />Regards<br />Darryl.</p>
