Bad service

Nespresso machine I received as a gift does not make Coffee it gives problems. I don't have slip it was a gift but nespresso refuse to help me from Jan till date no one seems to want to assist to replace the machine.Could it be my surname or looks that make you to not take me serious. I feel like nespresso has zero regards for its clients
