Bad Customer Servicer

I ordered the wrong capsules that do not comply with my machine. My fault. However, customer service were extremely rude and uncompromising. It is a honest (and expensive) mistake. I had no idea that they offered other capsules, and just looked at the flavours. I think that since I'm a registered user for about 5 years, only the correct capsules should appear on my search list after I logged in. Extremely disappointed.
