Atrocious service nespresso sa

Very poor customer service! Have called in several times. Needed my machine to be fixed when I received my coffees capsules. Was not informed about date of delivery and courier company just pitched up and dropped off capsules with security guard despite me telling him I was not home. Still don’t know when they will be picking up my coffee machine despite ordering coffee for the express purpose of servicing the machine. Atrocious service!! No way of escalating complaints when call into customer service.
