Amazing Customer Service

Amazing service. I can't remember the last time I actually recieved good customer service like this.

My Nespresso machine went in for repairs and something was not fixed 100% which can happen. Nespresso immediately apologised and arranged for collection of the machine and ensured the repairs were corrected. They kept me informed but most importantly everytime they said they would do something they actually did it.

They were quick to say they made a mistake, apologised for the inconvenience and then ensured it was resolved quickly.

Mbali in the customer service team did a fantastic job making sure evrything was fixed and made sure to follow-up and check everything was fixed correctly in the end.

This should be an example, that mistakes can happen but aslong as you communicate well and do what you are able to do to fix a situation then you are still providing excellent service to your customers.
