Absolutely terrible service

Sent my machine in for a small drip type leak. It was returned in pieces, broken, looked like it had been dropped. I sent it back to nespresso. It was returned in the same state! Not one call from customer service. I've phoned 11 times complaining. Still no machine. Appalling service.
