Absolutely superb service

<p>I contacted Nespresso regarding a problem I was having with my Nespresso machine. In both instances I received excellent telephonic help and advice from their consultants. However, depsite their assistance, it was still necessary for my machine to go in to be serviced and repaired. </p> <p>I was not looking forward to the expected two week absence of my machine (2-3 days for pickup, 5-7 days for repair) as I do rather enjoy my coffee. Nespresso pleasantly surprised me and my machine is back and working in my kitchen within a week. </p> <p>Superb service from Nespresso.</p>
