Firearm application - Bad/no service

I would never recommend Monique or her business to anyone trying to apply for a firearm licence. She promises to help with the whole application to streamline the process, but 4 months down the line she was still no closer than when I met with her the first time.

She charges more than anyone else doing this, which would have been worth it if she did her job. She obviously make you pay the full amount before she starts with your process, but after 3 missed appointments and a bucket of excuses I decided to just go to SAPS myself. I managed to apply for the SAPS competency in an hour with no thanks to Monique.

She also obviously refuses to refund the payment. Do not use this business for your firearm application, she actually frustrates you more than SAPS.
