Watered-down Capsules/Pods

Good morning. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. We pay much more for these capsules/pods so we can enjoy Nescafe more than just regular coffee.

3 capsule/pods in one box found to be very light weight and after use, definite results of being watered-down. 3 capsules/pods in 1 box is alot for what we pay.

Not acceptable. To top it all off, when contacting your camplaints division there is no answer at all!

Not impressed at all!
