Very dissatisfied customer

I ordered online on the 1st of October and I still have not received any feedback until today the 28th of October. My goods have not been delivered. I have tried to make contact via phone, email and social media but I have not received any response. I am so dissatisfied with the service being received when I order online. My order never goes through but my money is always deducted.
