Terrible Customer Service!!

<p>Since Dec I have had issues with the pods of the machine. The chococino pods leak and stuffs up the machine. After a few weeks they phoned me and wanted batch numbers - like I keep this? </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am trying to buy something online and no one in the call centre can help me! I am struggling to get a payment through and I have tried with 2 different cards!</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel like selling this machine because this is the worst service I have ever received! I just spend money on pods and then they dont work and break! </p> <p> </p> <p>So unfair!!!</p>
