Poor Service

#***8...... I have placed a complaint on Mondy already where they gav me the reference nr promising me that they will fetch the "old" stock from me. I bought 6 boxes and obviously over the weekend my family had a couple as I had a baby shower and on Monday I complaint because the sachets deflate and the taste is terrible. They phoned me and said it was a batch that was a default and they will collect it. I phoned EVERYDAY and still now NO answer yet!!!!
