NON SERVICE

It is pathetic that cappuccino pods are not available. I have 5 machines in different businesses and at home and can not get cappuccino pods. The help Centre do not help, the reception desk takes 5 minutes to answer and sends you to unanswered extensions asking to leave a message. You are not allowed to talk to the Managing Director. NO WONDER THEY ALL USELESS> Starts at the top!!!
