No help with online purchase

<p>So it seems Nestle is just another company happy to take your money but not offer you any after sales service. You can buy Dulce-Gusto coffee machines and capsules anywhere BUT NOT the descaler. This can only be purchased online but you are lucky if your payment goes through, when you phone they tell you to phone your bank because there's no problem their side. I have been trying to make a purchase of over R800 for the past 5 days with two different bank cards and keep getting a session time out with no help received from the call centre. So I have R1800 machine which I can't use!</p>
