No feedback on where to find stock

We bought a Dolce coffee machine 2 years ago for my dads birthday, but for the past 6months we cant seem to find half the capsule flavors we use to. now you only get the ice coffees and espresso, we inquired where to find them a week ago but no response till now. mayby they must come take the machine and give our money back to buy a machine we can actually use.
