Maggot in Coffee

I have lodge a complaint on the Nescafe website on the morning of 29/07/2020. We purchase NESCAFÉ Black Roast Instant Coffee at Checkers in Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town. My husband almost digested a maggot which was in his coffee. I have received an email after my complaint was submitted with pics of what we found. The email stating a case number and that someone will be in touch soon. Still waiting on a response from them.
