Horrible Shopping Experience

TLDR; Buy only if you have low expectation of good customer support.

The Customer support line is hopeless, they don't give you the correct waybill number for tracking your order on the shipping email (apparently you must add NES in front of your order number). When using the track order feature on the website, no information is shown. And finally for me, they could not deliver within 3-5 working days of my order placement date as advertised on their website. Perhaps I should have ordered from TakeAlot to avoid stress.
