Avoid them to avoid dissatisfaction, disappointments and aggravation.

Pathetic service and non delivery. No communication from them with out of stock items, I had to phone to ask what happened with the delivery of my order which was overdue only then to find out that they had no stock.

Also machine repairs pricing at agents are ridiculously out of reach, so that buying a new machine is basically the only option. Machines don’t last.

Going back to my Lavazza machine and capsules as I never had issues obtaining stock and decent service.
