Too much class for a doctor....

Booked an appointment at the above mentioned practice for 4pm. I, just like everyone else use our time sparingly, and from what I know if you book an appointment for anything, time is important.

When I asked about the appointment, the sona specialist went out and will be back....

When I questioned why we have an appointment but haven't been seen to yet, the owner(Nerissa), started of saying "most people have to wait wen it came to appointments" what on earth does that mean?.. Anyways she then said again most people, we left our kids at home to come to this place, they WhatsApped and confirmed my arrival, she then had the cheek to chase me and my wife out of the practice,, this isn't the type of service I expect from health workers. Based in Mount edge combe Plaza, Phoenix, worst service ever. She doesn't deserve to be a Dr or in the field. I was the patient waiting all day for the appointment, stressing out for an outcome which she didn't want to provide. If I walked in il understand I'd have to wait but if a booked an appointment 24 hours ago and you confirmed it, you shouldn't leave anyone waiting! Simple customer service goes a long way. She raised her voice while her staff was there. I will make sure this goes further.
