Appalling customer service

Appalling customer services. They have wasted two days of my time. Asking for medical aid numbers that were sent, communicating via whatsapp and not following up. Told me that they could sort the problem out and then processed to tell me no, they cannot. I could have done my research on another audiologist and had a booking by now and now I need to start from square one. What a wasted of time. Dealing with two receptionist and the both giving me different answers. Asking me the same questions that the other had asked. Just a waste of time. Nerisha still process to call me with an attitude and not an apology or a solution, let alone suggesting one. I am disgusted with her and her staffs customer service. Really pathetic service. I would never recommend her services to anyone.
