Disgusting customer service

<p>Hi to all, I had the most horrible experience at Neri's hair and beauty creations salon at Springfield Retail Centre. The owner Nerisha had asked me about the attitude of one of her employees named Trisha. Nerisha said that they are conducting a survey about Trisha's attitude. Being a long customer of the salon, my feedback was that I do not want to get involved and yes the girl does give a lot of attitude to me as a customer. Owner Nerisha, did say that she conducted a survey in the centre of the salon and a lot of the people in the centre had stopped giving her business due to Trisha's attitude. Nerisha also had informed me that Trisha was dismissed from her previous job due to her attitude. After spending an amount of R430 in the salon , that following Monday , Trisha shows up to my work place and starts swearing me while I am busy with a customer. Vulgar words were used in my place of work. Despite it all, I was still a customer of the salon and this type of behaviour is unacceptable. It is absolutely disgusting that this is the type of customer service we get now days.</p>
