Waste of time

1: The desk agent does not have proper training and s****s to deal with customers. Over the phone he would describe how the whole exercise of selling a mac will only take around ten minutes, in fact it only took about an hour and a half to assess a mac. He is also to busy on his phone with his earphone in his ear to deal with customers.

2: I logged a ticket for my two macs to be bought by Nerdy and receiving two offers, accepting them and driving all the way to Pretoria from Johannesburg. I sat for a whole hour and a half with no cue. Then a gentleman politely explained to me that because of my macs age the hard drive will likely fail and therefore he will need to take R500 off what they offered me originally to replace the hard drive. Yet they had already made the offer knowing the computers age (being a 2012 MacBook pro)? Surely when they make the offer on the computers age they include all variables. The MacBook air they claim to have a faulty hard drive and they won't purchase it, which is highly pecu**** because it runs fine and has been doing so since we have had it.

3: I would not recommend anybody make use of this business as what they offering is clearly false.
