Pathetic service

Nerdshop is absolutely terrible. We bought a brand new laptop and the unit was Faulty within the first month. They refused to help and refused to replace or repair the unit. We have been struggeling sinse the 11th of March to get this unit replaced or repaired. Its nou the 20th of May and still no major headway has been made. The person who sold the unit is so rude that its beyond unprofessional. Never in my life will I make use of Nerdshop again.
