Stay far away

My mom went for an eye test. We made payment. Glasses promised to be ready within a week. After a week, we had to resend script due to them misplacing it. Empty promises after empty promises a month later we are still struggling and have requested a refund. Have evidence off all emails and WhatsApp's.
