STAY AWAY FROM NEOVISION (CAPE GATE) -Pathetic client service

Stay away from Neovision optometrist(Cape Gate)

I purchased a new set of glasses at Neovision at Cape gate which i was not happy with.

Due to my bad eyesight i was overcharged and was not happy with the frame of my new glasses.

I brought the glasses back to complain. Me and my wife spoke to a person by the name of Chantelle and asked if we can change the frame at least.

This person(Chantelle)had a very hostile attitude and speaking to us like we are inferior in understanding.

While we discussed the options with the optometrist she yelled a few times from the back, which I felt was very disrespectful.

We submitted a verbal complaint to the Optometrist.

Chantelle's client service was the worst we experienced and leave much to be desired.
