Poor post customer service

The Neovision The Bridge has an awful online/telephone reputation. I have been calling for close to 4 weeks asking for my mother and sisters script to be emailed to me. They keep taking my details promising to send but nothing. I have given up on their Whatsapp platform because even there no replies just automated responses.
