Pathetic and dangerous service

Initial experience was good but then it went downhill from there, was given my sunglasses and they were perfect, then tried on my normal glasses and my left eye was completely blurry, I made them aware, to which they decided to fight me on it, they then **** by saying they had retested it, and that the prescription was fine and it would take me a week to get used to them, it gave me a head ache instantly, and couldn't even walk with them on let alone drive and they expected me to, I then took the glasses to their other store in Constantia and a another optometrist entirely who both confirmed that it was a +0.5 instead of a -0.5, and only after 2hrs of back and forth and getting proof did they admit that they were wrong, I then lodged a complaint through their website on Wednesday and still haven't heard anything back (NeoVision Capricorn Park)
