Over promising and under delivering

Neovision is backwards in their customer service. The set the definition of a business that over promises and under delivers. Despite being the most "cost effective" optometrist and lenses provider, they seem to offset their pricing advantage with their customer service.

Lenses that I have ordered have been delayed twice over a 2 week period on the promised expectation of their arrival.

I understand that third parties are also at fault but this is something that should be taken into consideration when managing customer expectations. Either set the right expectation or change your third party providers.
