Neovision Westgate Mall long delay in delivering spectacles

Waited 6 weeks for my spectacles. I suspect they waited on payment from medical aid first, although I paid full shortfall in advance. They said that there was a delay from the lab but they never informed me of this. They tell you it takes 7-10 days.
