Neovision Waterfront! Horrible, Appalling experience!

Firstly, they're specials on eye-ware and frames are extremely misleading. The Frame they recommended broke twice, because the lens caused pressure on the frame. They only offered to fix it once. And it wasn't even a cheap frame!

Secondly, they force you to do update checks, which are quite expensive and then withhold contact lenses from you if you refuse to come for an appointment immediately. Even after offering to make an appointment later that month. They left me without lenses & broken glasses!

Not the service I want from my optometrist, no thank you!
