Neovision Kenilworth Cetre is the worst

OMG I wish you could give half a star...

People PLEASE PLEASE steer clear of Neovision Kenilworth Centre. They are the worst. don't waste your time and money

After booking and confirming my son's appointment for Saturday 12:30pm, I was sent a whatsapp on Friday afternoon at 4pm, not a courtesy call, a whatsapp.Stating that his appointment was moved to Sunday. mind you, I cancelled my class so that I could take the Saturday. Only explanation given was unforeseen circumstances.

After having a ranting telephone conversation with Kyle, I inquired about the promotions they had. He informed me about a student promotion going for R790 with coating and also the two pairs for R1250, where one pair could be sunglasses.

On Sunday morning I arrived early with my son to help ease his nerves by checking out the frames and such. I spoke to the girl in reception, who set aside two frames, as I wanted to make him to take the deal with the sunglasses.

After 11am, I sent him to ask if they were too busy to move him appointment ahead a bit. When we got there, we spoke to the optometrist, who told us about the exact same promotions

Today being Monday, ***lord messaged to say that it is an extra R1350 for coating on the student promotion. like wth????

I told him that Neovision has literally been a waste of my time with the worst service I have ever gotten and wanted a refund, which he was more than happy to do...no customer skills on how to find a resolution...as if he himself is the optometrist willing lose potential clients. I then asked him to speak to a manager, which he said was not in but will call me back.

I tried for a second attempt at speaking to a manager, and was told that she does no even come into the store often..

After calling for the third time, ***lord said he indeed passed my details along to the manager, and was quit surprised when I said that I did not receive a call back.

I would most certainly have gotten better service from Specsavers for sure, I was an idiot for taking a friend's recommendation to Neovision Kenilworth.

So please people, for the sake of your own sanity, stay away from Neovision Kenilworth Centre. I understand now why the store is always empty, because their service sucks big time
