Neovision Brackenfell Corner

I booked an appointment with Neovision in Brackenfell Corner. Arrived and the receptionist was very loud the entire shop could hear our conversation, shortly in between our convo a white man arrived, the lady attended to him until he was sorted, leaving me hanging and unattended. Finally at the end I was attended too after waiting for sometime, the receptionist is also not friendly and not helpful all she wants is money to be paid upfront no other options whatsoever, even after I was given a payment option through pay just now by the optometrist, she wanted me to pay the cash upfront and the rest later on pick up date. I really wish I had used another branch such a horrible experience.
