Glasses didn't last 2 months

My partner and I were so excited upon receiving our new spectacles from Neovision in December. The clear frames are very fashionable and light. It's barely been 2 months and my frame has already broken on the bottom corner of the frame and the same is going to happen to my partners pair as it has cracks in the same position as where mine broke. The staff at the PE branch are very friendly however, it's been almost 2 weeks for news and that's just to choose a new frame that won't break, so how long is this entire process going to take? (I've had to do the follow up calls in order to know what is going on.)

Please can someone assist me in this matter.
