Disgusting customer service

In December I went to the branch in Haasendal to get new glasses as the old one’s had expired. I got a nice grey frame that started changing into a brown metal colour on certain parts of the frame.

I went there and they gaslit me and said that it could be the product I am using on my face. I feel like this is ************** because I have bern suffering with acne my whole life. Yes I have skin issues, but I’ve also been wearing glasses since I was 6 and never in my life has this happened to me.

One of the frames I gad were white and they never changed in colour to this day.

The frame was then replaced the first time I brought this to their attention, but when the same thing happened I went to them again.

They just called me and said that no replacement will be given. I will now have to choose a new frame out of the section that they give to customers for free. As if that is not enough, I am expected to pay an additional 500 on top of the 3500 I payed for glasses that did not even last me a month in the colour i bought it in.

I am highly disgusted by the service I have received from this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
