Cheap frames, poor customer service no communication.

I got a new pair from the dainfern branch in winter last year(2020). I wrote to them a couple of times to notify them of replacing the frame that finally gave in May 2021 only 8 months after the initial purchase. Cracks at the temple began within 6 months of purchase). I was told the 2 for 1 special was them 'doing me a favour' despite the promise of the one year warranty .To this day im still awaiting feedback regarding replacement of the one pair i got. I spent my own time and money calling other branches to enquire if they still had the range of frames I was looking. Inevitably i have since changed to another service provider who assisted me within an hour. I would not recommend their frames nor will i use their service in future.
