3 Months overdue
Went for an eye test on 11 March 2023. Glasses paid in full. It's been almost 3 months since my eye test. Haven't received my glasses yet. Don't receive any correspondence re. my glasses unless I go there.

31 May 2023, 07:37The level of service I receive from this company is unacceptable. I did 6 follow-ups, everytime they said they were still waiting. Now they said that the glassess was sent to the optometrist, but they never received it.
They don't even have a record of the frame a chose. Keep on sending pics of frames they thought I've chosen. I now have to go back and choose a frame. Working full-time and not being able to go there for the next 3 weeks during office hours, not even able to accommodate me after hours. I demand a refund.
