Poor quality Spectacle frame and poor service to match

Poor quality frames ,frame broke, waited 2 months plus for a replacement frame,I was was told I chose the frame and that I could've chosen a brand name frame at exorbitant prices.if I wanted a better frame,I did all the running around and phoning,no communication from their side,when I collected my new frame it was a different color!!! I didn't have the energy to still complain/mention it to them. The ear pieces moved up and down ,the colour came off the frame,and eventually the 1 arm broke completely.
