One way to get more appointments
Tried to order new contact lenses and was told (WITH NO PRIOR WARNING) that they would not give them to me as I am "overdue" for a "check up" How about, we can order this batch of lenses but please note that you will need a check up after this? Sure, sounds reasonable! OR: How about sending courteous reminders to your clients neovision, before just taking their lenses away at a busy time of year? Would you like to come to my house and confiscate my glasses too.

26 Nov 2024, 18:08I then got hold of the owner who took my complaint, put it in Chat GPT (she forgot to remove the first line from Chat, but Chat is a dead give away anyway) , it then generated a cold, bot-like and inappropriately formal response that repeated everything I said back to me. I am horrified that people treat such personal businesses in this way.
