Neotrades is my favorite broker, because it provides me with metatrader 4 platform, all tools for market and chart analysis and fast withdrawals. Guess that the mixture of these things is the most important. I understand that it's lacking reputation, no big awards, no hype in the net and forums are empty in terms of info about it, but ok. I just tested it and decided to stay here, cause everything worked like a clockwork. Thus, I got convinced that everything people say online or don't say - not important. First-hand experience and personal attitude and comfort is what matters.
