Depends on usecase

If you try to trade purely through their webtrader, you might go insane. Quite likely. But if you trade with MT5, especially using all the investment services and Trade Central analytics, yeah, the 4.7/5 score makes total sense.

Personally I don't copy trade but still this is my favourite broker, just because of how clean the experience is, no hitches at all during trades.
