Balanced experience

I joined trading using Neotrades a few months ago, and it functioning adequately for almost every process. They have now presented several trading tools, which assist in the observation and evaluation of trades. Nevertheless, I found some latency when it comes to withdrawing my money. I find their support team friendly but unfortunately, they could be faster in response – I had to call back a few times to get my issues heard. If only they had enhanced support and withdrawal speed they would be one of the most wanted brokers.
