Neotan Non Delivery of Order Paid Upfront

I have purchased Neotan many times before and placed the orders on their website. I placed an order on Monday, 26th October for a total of R1,550 and paid via EFT and now after they promise delivery after 48 hours which has not happened and to make things worse, no one answers the calls
