Absolutely pathetic service.They are operating by robbing companies an damaging goods just so they can make sales

My company just purchased a new D10 motherboard from centurion motors at Randburgh. We were referred to Neosure solutions as there number 1 installers.Upon arrival to fit the new board Godwin the technician damaged the new board by removing components of the circuit just so he could make a sale and he charged us for a whole new board.The question is why does centurion offer 2 year warranty on sumthing they don't intend honouring.Neosure was referred to us by centurion an now they say the warranty is not valid .To referred sum1 who damages your product just to make a sale .Way a bunch or rogues and dishonest companies.An invoice was sent to us for payment by Neosure for the new D10 card an if the and account wasn't settled in 3 days the technician Godwin threatened they would remove the circuit board from site an they actually parked outside an waited for payment.Centurion motors at Randburgh clearly don't honour there codes of conduct an use fly by night companies to install for them .They have people who are unqualified to handle scenarios like this an pass the buck when it suits them just to make a sale .In future please employ people with half a brain at least they can relate with the customers an honour your end of the contract.In business making money is not everything .We as a security company won't be dealing with centurion anymore due to there lack of professionalism an use of shady sub contractors .In future don't refer installers cause clearly neither of them knew that this under hand behaviour would be brought to light .Who knew how many other companies were ********** just to make a measly sale .
