INSTALLATION PAYED BUT NOT COMPLETED

Quote given 16/10 and total amount payable had to be paid before anything could happen. Amount was paid 19/10. The tank was delivered and after a week I had to get my plumber to do the plumbing installation as the 2 plumber he brought could not do the installation but managed to destroy my paving. Thereafter I had to get my electrician to do the electric installation. Now the filter system has to be installed before the unit can work and the paving that their plumber ruined , must still be fix. Numerous appointments has been made to complete the installation but he never pitches and always has excuses like his car broke down, etc.
