Paper Selling

<p>On 26.1.2017 I made contact with Humphrey Mohlaba the apparent owner of Neopak in Gauteng. I made arrangements for him to collect paper free of charge from Meat Company in Hyde Park. The paper was collected the following Friday with no problems. On 28.3.2017 I again made contact by email asking Humphrey if he purchased used white paper. He responded that he indeed bought used white paper at R2.20/kg. I enquired how he would pay for such purchases and he explained once weighed the payment would be made the next day. I arranged that he collect used white paper the following week and he agreed it would be collected which occurred on 4.4.2017. 12 large bags of paper totalling 1.180kgs was collected.</p> <p>On 5,4.2017 I made contact by email asking Humphrey if he would make payment into the banking details given. By 12.4.17 when I had not had such payment I once again contacted Humphrey and he then requested proof of bank account etc. which was duly sent to him. He then requested a cancelled cheque or bank letter. This was duly sent. </p> <p>Despite numerous calls for payment the payment was only made on 25.4.2017 for an amount of R566.40 which was 2029,60 less than agreed. When I called Humphrey he told me that the paper was mixed and therefore a lesser amount. I asked Humphrey why he had not explained this to me at the onset of the deal as I could have arranged for staff to sort the paper. He promised to sort this out but to date, despite numerous attempts to contact Humphrey and numerous promises by him nothing has been done to sort this matter out. I feel that Humphrey has betrayed my trust and by refusing to pay the differences to Meat Company or rectify the matter his lack of response shows he is not decent in his actions.</p>
