Poor Sales at Neonsales

I'm extremely disappointed in this company First i get an item crosman P15B gas gun that keeps om leaking gas. So they take the gun back to get it fixed, it comes back "fixed" and after a week I've replaced 3 gas cylinders already because it still leaks gas I get in contact with them again and the first of all want to send me n packet of seals to replace myself knowing that if i open the gun they can tell me sorry sir you opened it and that's why it's not working anymore, so i refuse and fight for what is right. They give me store credit but claim they don't have anything similar to the P15B in price or spec range. I get to chose from items where I'd have to pay in on up to R800. With no other choice as i don't want to pay extra for a replacement item i pick the Bersa thunder 9pro. They send a courier to come pick up the non working parcel and i have to pay the courier fee on the Friday Monday morning i get in touch with the sales agent and try to find out where my package is, as I've sent the other item back on Thursday morning the previous week. The sales agent then says he didn't put my order through because he wants me to take another gun with no logical reason at all. He sends me a photo of a gun ant the price being R609 more plus the courier charge i have to pay of R100 that leaves me with R709 to pay extra for another item as i have a store credit for the broken item

Still i have not recieved feedback on why the P15B leaked gas and still i don't have my other item. This is unacceptable in my opinion and should be adressed. Why would i want to pay more if the first item was supposed to work 100% at first
