NeonSales after sale service

I have purchased a Nova Vista PCP air rifle from NeonSales and soon discovered that the rifle was defective. I contacted NeonSales via e-mail to inform them that the rifle was defective and they did their best to resolve the problem. However, after a failed attempt to repair the rifle Mr Desai of NeonSales offered to refund me for the rifle or to give store credit to the same value. After careful consideration I accepted their offer of a full refund. I would like to thank Mr Desai for his help in resolving this matter quickly and in a professional manner.
