I paid for something I did not get

I am so disappointed at the way the Four Fires team handled the situation for not being able to deliver on what was promised. <br> <br> Events such as the Neon Run are all about the experience. Four Fires ****** us of that experience when they supposedly ran out of merchandise. Firstly, i don't understand how they could have ran out of merchandise when they have all the pre-bookings.<br> <br> We drove all the way from Rusternburg to attend the neon run, and we have nothing really to show for it. It was just a wasted trip because we could not get what we paid for. On top of that, we have to hustle to get refunds. I just feel like the team is not apologetic about what happened. I was told that I would get a refund after 4 months. They asked if I did the run and whether I attended the concert. Quite frankly, if you had not paid for the run, you can still do it. For me it makes no difference whether I ran or not. The fact remains that I paid lots of money and It was a trip and a half to get there only to a service failure. <br> <br> Four Fires why do you put up products and services you cannot deliver on?? I am really not impressed.
